The attack on Pearl Harbor was a turning point in history in many ways. It brought a whole new level of security. Most importantly, it brought the United States into World War II, giving a whole new reason to enter a war and changed the outcome of the war. The attack on Pearl Harbor told the United States of America that they could be attacked; it also told other countries to be expecting a returned attack if they attack America.
